This new ClinMass® LC-MS/MS Complete Kit allows a fully automated sample analysis with liquid handling systems of several device manufacturers.
The time-saving analytical method is performed from 96-well plates and enables a significantly increased sample throughput. Depending on the device manufacturer, there is a capacity to process up to 900 samples* per day (8 h). Furthermore, automated sample handling enhances process security (complete audit trail) and productivity essentially.
The subsequent time of analysis is 3 min only. The C-3 epimeric form of 25-OH-vitamin D is separated from the analyte peak and ensures reliable analytical results for routine requirements. For a higher resolution in special analytics, an alternative analytical column with a run time of 4 min is available.
