ChromSword Off-line for computer-assisted method development and optimization
is a software which (on the basis of a few experiments or only structural formulae) can computer-simulate
many chromatographic experiments. ChromSword Off-line supports two approaches:
- Use structural formulae and column characteristics. First gues methods can be predicted.
- Use only a few experimental data if the structural formulae are not available.
Method variables can be optimized:
- Simulate different iscocratic and gradient conditions
- pH
- Temperature
- Two-dimentional optimizations: C1-C2, V-T, C-pH, T-pH, Grad-T
ChromSword includes a RP Column Data Base with retention and selectivity characteristics for more than 200 commerically available columns experimentally calibrated in acetonitrile- and methanol-water mobile phases. You will be able to find alternative columns for your sample with the Column Data Base.
